Column legend

(V) = value after including eligible GDIT-cohort v-safe reports that were not already filed to VAERS (one synthetic report per registrant through Dec 2022).

Reports (a): VAERS-only observed count of this preferred term for the brand through Dec 2022 (cumulative).
+vsafe: Eligible v-safe registrants adding this PT for the brand (not already in VAERS).
Reports (a) (V): VAERS + v-safe observed count.
E (MGPS) / E (MGPS) (V): Age/sex-stratified expected count under MGPS (Mantel–Haenszel), VAERS-only and with v-safe.
E (RGPS) / E (RGPS) (V): Regression-adjusted expected count under RGPS, VAERS-only and with v-safe.
PRR / PRR (V): Proportional Reporting Ratio — unstratified [a/(a+b)] / [c/(c+d)].
EBGM / EBGM (V): MGPS score: Empirical Bayes Geometric Mean of a / E(MGPS) after shrinkage.
EB05 / EB05 (V): 5th percentile of the MGPS posterior (lower credible bound for EBGM).
ERAM / ERAM (V): RGPS score: Empirical Bayes Arithmetic Mean of a / E(RGPS) after shrinkage.
Δ: Percent change from ERAM to ERAM (V): (ERAM(V) / ERAM − 1) × 100. Negative when v-safe lowers the RGPS score.
ER05 / ER05 (V): 5th percentile of the RGPS posterior (lower credible bound for ERAM).
